Every MCU Movie Ranked By Death Count

18. Spider-Man: Far From Home - 19

Spider-Man: Far From Home followed the trend set by Homecoming two years prior, with the friendly neighbourhood superhero dealing with very little death. After he was thrown into the war against Thanos, Peter Parker was brought toe to toe with Quentin Beck in a battle that saw almost no casualties.

Mysterio's illusions launched attacks in Mexico and Morocco before hitting Venice and Prague on screen. The whole point of these attacks was to paint Beck as the hero, so it's not surprising that there were no deaths shown at all. He had to be a successful hero or his plan wouldn't have worked.

London was seemingly supposed to be different, as Beck openly acknowledged that there would be casualties with this Avengers level threat, but in spite of there being explosions and drones flying everywhere, the civilians all seemed to get out of the way surprisingly efficiently.

Beck himself was the only one who was killed as a result of his grand scheme, which would have put this movie on par with Homecoming for the joint lowest death count in the MCU, if not for the video package right at the start. A school report showed images of 18 students being blipped away, giving Far From Home more deaths than Homecoming, Doctor Strange, Iron Man 2, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and Ant-Man before even five minutes of the movie had passed.
