Every Pixar Movie Villain Ranked Worst To Best

Ok so the top four we're about to discuss are the cream of the crop when it comes to Pixar villains and anyone of them could have taken the top spot. Randall is only let down by his brief appearance in the prequel Monsters University, where he isn't so villainous.

But in Monsters, Inc he's a fantastically evil, with Steve Buscemi's voice a match made in heaven for the lizard-like scarer. It's obvious from the first time we meet him that Randall is up to no good but when it becomes clear that his motivations go way beyond beating Sulley's scare record, that he becomes truly terrifying.

Kidnapping children, tormenting fellow monsters, all with that sadistic smile on his face, Randall is simultaneously extremely evil and entertaining. Plus his camouflaging ability is pretty awesome.
