Every Pixar Villain Ranked From Worst To Best
14. Chef Skinner (Ratatouille)
The softer of Ratatouille's two villains is nevertheless a solidly mid-tier Pixar baddie. Chef Skinner (Ian Holm) is Gusteau's former sous-chef who becomes the restaurant's owner after Gusteau's death.
Skinner is a sniveling little reprobate: a tiny man with a tiny mind whose blatant Napoleon complex is made clear through his roughshod operation of the restaurant and dictatorial attitude to his staff.
Skinner is less concerned with the love of food than cynically dining out on the Gusteau name, but his biggest sin lies in attempting to conceal the fact that Linguini (Lou Romano) is Gusteau's secret son.
Though Skinner's plan basically prevails when he manages to get Gusteau's shut down at the end of the movie due to health violations, the moral victory is very much Linguini's, as he opens a new bistro to honour Gusteau's legacy, seemingly leaving Skinner in his shadow.
