Every Spider-Man Movie Ranked Worst To Best

11. Spider-Man (1978)

3 Spidermans
Toei

After Toei and Marvel Comics struck up a deal in the 1970s that allowed the organisations to use each other's properties, Toei created their own Spider-Man TV series and movie.

Going all-out nuts, here's it Takuya Yamashiro rather than Peter Parker under the Spidey mask. Yamashiro is a motocross rider who gets his powers after discovering an alien from Planet Spider. Injected with blood by this alien, Takuya is tasked with stopping Professor Monster and the Iron Cross Army who had devastated Planet Spider. As for this movie, it sticks episode ten and 11 of this series together, which finds Spider-Man again butting heads with the Iron Cross Army once more.

Hey, 1978's Spider-Man is nothing if not completely and utterly batsh*t crazy.
