11. Anakin & Obi-Wan Vs. Count Dooku - Revenge Of The Sith

Revenge of the Sith's handicap rematch is the better of Anakin and Obi-Wan's two battles against Dooku, with less-cheesy dialogue and a more even matching of abilities (as even as a 2-on-1 match can be, anyway).

Dooku still comes off like the absolute pro that he is, though, quickly incapacitating Obi-Wan and holding his own against Anakin...at least until he makes a fatal error and loses both his hands...which is pretty much a default defeat.

At Palpatine's behest, Anakin finishes the job by decapitating Dooku with two sabers, which is one of the many totally hardcore murder scenes in the totally PG Star Wars franchise. You can even see Dooku's head roll off like an apple someone dropped out of their grocery bag, which instantly makes this way cooler than the Attack of the Clones fight.

Also, the battle is extremely instrumental in fostering Anakin's turn towards the dark side. It's just a shame Obi-Wan spends half the fight knocked out, which is pretty lame.
