1. The Magic Suitcase

The trailer comes to a close with a short set-piece from early on the film, evidenced by Jacob's totally shocked reaction to magic. Although, to be honest, the whole thing is a bit weird - Newt is laying awake in bet wearing his complete getup (including coat).

Restless, he gets up, opens the case and suddenly climbs in. Could this be where things go awry, and the beasts are released? What's in there that's so worth climbing in for anyway? Kinda defeats the purpose of renting a room, surely.

It's definitely going to be a key plot point though, because he asks Jacob to come with him (in a rather obtuse manner too).

I quite like the idea of a Muggle getting wrapped up in the wizarding adventure, especially because it ties into the place in life many original Potter fans are now at - when the first movie hit, there was still the hope you'd get a Hogwarts letter. Now it's more about just getting wrapped up in the world. It's a nice idea (if a tad depressing).
