An enticing image for Potter hardcores is the appearance of the Deluminator on the streets of London, which an obscured figure uses to strip the lights away from a number of the city's lamps.

The Deluminator did, of course, belong to Dumbledore before he willed it to Ron in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, so we're left to assume he's the one making use of it here, unless it's somehow been stolen by someone else.

Dumbledore makes the most sense, really, and this is probably just a quaint moment of whimsical downtime more than anything, but it sure looks neat.
