Final Destination Cast: Where Are They Now?
4. Kerr Smith
Kerr Smith was the perfect casting choice to play bully Carter Horton in this franchise, as he already had some zeitgeist appeal from playing Jack McPhee in the American teen drama series Dawson's Creek, in which he appeared in 113 episodes.
Carter is one of the final three survivors, whose death is all but confirmed but not explicitly seen until the sequel, when a swinging sign from a theatre is inches away from splattering him into a fine mist prior to the cut to black.
As previously mentioned, Smith would continue playing Jack in Dawson's Creek until its finale in 2003, and would then go on to do the usual rounds of mainstay American programming. Like other entries on this list, Smith found himself in CSI, both NY and Miami, had a recurring role as Kyle Brody in Charmed, a small role in Criminal Minds, and would appear in both NCIS and sister-show NCIS: Los Angeles.
Smith also had a role in horror genre cult film My Bloody Valentine and can most recently be seen as Principal Holden Honey in Riverdale, as well as the recurring role of Jacob Yorn in The Resident.
