Robert De Niro looks tired but Al Pacino looks at home in the genre he has been most comfortable in over the last decade.
Robert De Niro looks like he is in serious need of coffee in this first image of the much anticipated De Niro/Pacino thriller Righteous Kill. Jon Avnet directs what will probably be pretty mediocre material and if you take out the two lead stars, then would we care about this movie? Of course we wouldn't, but then you take Cronenberg out of Eastern Promises and we couldn't care for that either right? Actually I know a few people who don't care about that movie anyway regardless of Cronenberg, so hey... each to their own. Al Pacino looks great though as always. He was totally wasted in Ocean's Thirteen but he's at home in this genre...
