English-language remake of Drive director Nicolas Winding Refn's 1996 Danish debut film to hit UK cinemas later this year.

The Daily Mail have exclusive new stills from Pusher, the English-language remake of Drive director Nicolas Winding Refn's 1996 Danish debut film Pusher. Produced by Vertigo Films, the redo is a low-budget production that Refn has endorsed (he is producing) closely follows the same story of the original where a drug pusher becomes desperate when a failed transaction leaves him owing a huge debt to a ruthless drug lord. The new version which has moved the story to London stars model Agyness Deyn (Aphrodite in Clash Of The Titans) as the stripper Flo, Richard Coyle (Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time) as dealer Frank with Bronson Webb (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides) as Tony and Paul Kaye (It's All Gone Pete Tong) as Fitz. Italian filmmaker Luis Prieto directs based on a screenplay by Agatha Christie producer Matthew Read. Vertigo Films will release Pusher in UK cinemas later this year.
