Fun Stuff: Three New PREDATORS Toys Revealed in Silhouette

With the US release of Predators just around the corner in July, pretty much everyone is familiar with the human cast by now, but less is known of the alien characters, aside from their teasing appearance in the official trailer. But now, thanks to Figures.com Editor Jeff Saylor, we can bring you the image above which toy makers NECA have released prior to the release proper of the officially affiliated toys.

The silhouettes idea is a cool one- it definitely had a positive effect on me when I came across it- and there is enough in there to suggest that the film is set to feature some seriously tooled up Predators. The three featured here are the Classic Predator, Falconer Predator and Berzerker Predator, who will be played in the new film by Derek Mears and Brian Steele among others under all that latex. You might recognise that handy looking spike on the Falconer from its blink-and-you'll miss it appearance in this still-exciting trailer, and from the shady figure adorning the official poster at the bottom of the page.

The figures will be unveiled fully a few weeks before the film's July release date- and if youre a merchandise fiend like me, you'll be watching out for NECA's announcement closer to the time with baited breath.
