Furious 7 Super Bowl Trailer Revs Up

Faster, furiouser, and still entirely critic proof.

Universal have used the Super Bowl to launch a new trailer for Fast and Furious 7 as well as the new tie-in theme park ride, Fast and Furious 7. And yes, despite what the cynics say, it is easy enough to tell them apart. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vYQby_hDDU I still can't work out what has made this series so phenomenally popular. I know people like cars, and I personally like a good car chase as much as the next person, but that doesn't account for how absolutely crazy people are for the Fast and Furious series. Maybe it's because of the soapiness that's developed, especially as the characters have been brought together. Or maybe it's that there's a wide range of characters here, not just a spread of dull-ass middle aged white men, the way many other action series would go. And here's the spot for Fast and Furious Supercharged. This reveals next to nothing about the ride at all, and I'm hoping we'll get some idea of what it actually entails before the launch this summer. I'd guess there will be quite a lot of going fast, some explodey bits and definitely other "cars" suddenly cutting out in front of you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ChhwKN0zplI
