1. It's Too Reliant On Gross-Out Humour
You know what kind of movie you're getting into when Adam Devine picks up a semen-filled condom in the first three minutes, that's for sure.
In fairness, fans of this trio's prior work will likely be expecting plenty of gross-out humour, and that's totally fine, but there's definitely a point where the balance feels tipped a little too far.
The more frequently various body fluids are displayed on screen, the less effective they are for laughs, and this often takes disappointing precedent over something as simple as funny dialogue and exploiting the obvious chemistry between the three leads.
The film clearly wants you to wince at all the ejaculate, feces and gore on display, but there's a point where it's just too much.
With the film's flaws in mind, though, it's certainly not without its high-points, and if you're mindlessly browsing through Netflix this weekend, you could definitely do much worse. Here's what the movie got right...
