5. Where Did Batou's Eyes Go?
Fanboys have been feverishly debating exactly why Batou can be seen without his robotic eye implants in two of the trailer's shots, suggesting that he may actually lose his eyes in the movie, again likely as part of Paramount's implied desire to give every major character a distinct origin story.
Considering that Batou can be seen emerging from a contraption fitted around his face in one shot (pictured below), that theory seems to check out well enough: he'll probably get shot in the face, damaging his eyes, and get the bionic replacements. Done.
