Grease meets Indiana Jones!

indiana_jones_iv.jpg19 years ago Harrison Ford, George Lucas and Steven Spielberg were filming what they then thought would be the last adventure for the world's most famous archaeologist with Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. At the same time Tim Burton and co. were in England filming Jack Nicholson as The Joker for his Batman film, with both films released in 1989. 2007 really is the new 1988. Right now, Christopher Nolan is shooting his Batman movie with Heath Ledger as The Joker and of course Lucas, Spielberg and Ford are shooting Indy again what they believe to be their last Indiana Jones film. Where will we be in twenty years time from today? Will Indiana Jones be remade by some young punk director? Will Batman being going through another franchise re-boot? I know it's strange to think that, but if you told the respective crew of both films what's happening right now... they simply wouldn't believe you. The image below was taken on Friday from the film's set in New Haven, Connecticut and it shows Harrison Ford as Indy Jones and his "greaser" son Shia Labeouf.
