8. Star-Lord / Gamora Romance?
The other trailers have dropped hints at it, mostly in humorous conversation with Drax, but this is the first to really bring Star-Lord and Gamora together in a way that suggests something more than teammates.
It's an interesting development, and you have to assume Gunn has found a way of doing it that makes it more than getting them together for the sake of it or to give Gamora something to do.
Indeed, she already looks like having a bigger role in the movie without this, given the arc with her sister and more shots of her being a total badass. Both of these characters have already been well developed and work well as teammates, so seeing where a potential relationship between two seemingly very different individuals (but ultimately with the same goals, and same longing for family) is an intriguing prospect.
