15. The Toe

The whole fetch sequence starring Groot when he Rocket and Yondu try and get him to collect the prototype fin from his bedside table in the captain's quarters is very funny, but there's no getting around the fact that one part of it is very odd. The human toe he fetches.

It's hilarious, but where the hell has it come from? And is Groot a low-key murderous psychopath?! Are we just brushing that under the rug?

How idiotic is Yondu by the way? Rocket tells him he should describe the fin to help Groot understand, and his response TWICE is "it's a fin". At no point does he just say "it's red".

Also, Yondu wears white jockies? Thought he'd be a commando sot of guy.
