2. A Tease Of Kurt Russell

The mystery of Peter Quill's father is something that the film is going to explore, but audiences already have the answer: it's Kurt Russell. Maybe that's what Walt Disney was talking about when he wrote down Russell's name just before his death.

Russell will be playing Ego the Living Planet, although we're going to see him in a humanoid guise during the movie, rather than as an actual planet (which probably makes sense, as it'd be ridiculous, but is also a little bit of a shame, because of the idea of Kurt Russell being a planet).

Since we already know Russell is Quill's father, that's not a plot point they can spoil. It's still better not to know too much about how he factors into the film (the character's not typically an outright hero, so how he fits in with the Guardians will be interesting), but some setup for his reveal or tease of appearance would be great to see.
