Ok straight up, Fred and George are legends and heroes who were willing to lay down their lives to save the world and their loved ones. However, if we are judging individuals for their actions and disregard for others, then it’s hard to make this list without including them.

Before the two mad geniuses were spinning chaos to trip up the bad guys, they were spinning chaos to trip up anybody and everybody. No one was safe from their pranks. And they didn’t seem to care too much about the physical or psychological impact they left on their victims.

And that more than warrants them a place here.
