16. Arthur Weasley
Arthur Weasley is one of the kindest and most loyal wizards you could ever wish to have on your side. Ever since the initial downfall of Voldemort, he kept a close eye on Lucius Malfoy at the Ministry, and was fiercely loyal to Harry Potter.
The head of the Weasley family gave everything he had to the Order, and almost gave his life. While taking his turn guarding the Prophecy, Arthur was attacked by Nagini, and it was only Harry's vision through his connection with Voldemort that allowed them to find him in time to save his life.
Not only did Arthur participate in the Battle of the Seven Potters when Harry needed to be moved from Privet Drive, he offered his own home as refuge, despite the dangers that came with it.
Before the final Battle of Hogwarts, Arthur was able to extract information from the Ministry to the Order. He helped take down Pius Thicknesse in the battle, helping the good wizards prevail over the the Dark Lord and his Death Eaters. If ever there was a personification of the opposite of evil, it was Arthur Weasley.
