There's no doubt that J.K.Rowling's Harry Potter universe is a pop culture phenomenon. The magical book series earned loyal fans with its initial release and its follow-up movie series gained traction all around the globe. Even a decade after the final movie's release, Harry Potter remains one of the single most popular entertainment franchises ever.

While Hogwarts alone has dozens upon dozens of things we muggles could only dream of possessing, we did manage to pull one single concept from the pages and bring them into our reality: Houses. The Hogwarts Houses and the Sorting Ceremony have become a part of popular culture and we all can think of key examples of each house's representatives. Like the great houses from Game Of Thrones, we all feel that we relate to one of them and have spent untold amounts of time pondering over which we would best fit into.
