6. How He Can Exit: By Killing Him Off
Okay, sure, killing off Spider-Man would not exactly have the same emotional impact now (after that business in Infinity War), though, nonetheless, it would be a very effective way of removing the character from the MCU.
With how much the MCU is based on the Ultimate Marvel universe, it would be rather fitting to give Peter an end similar to his Ultimate counterpart, perhaps even at the hands of Green Goblin.
Such a movie would likely be another messy exit, again having to make as few references to the MCU as possible, yet would make it easier to close the door permanently of this version of the character than simply having him retire.
Plus, if Disney and Sony do come to some sort of arrangement and Kevin Feige uses Norman Osborn as the next MCU big bad, then having him enter the universe by killing Peter Parker would be a fantastic way of showing what a threat he is.
