1. The Emotionally Satisfying Ending

How To Train Your Dragon The Hidden World

No spoilers here, but The Hidden World sure manages to end on a strong, emotionally resonant note. While few will be surprised by what happens, it's more important that the conclusion to Hiccup and Toothless' story befits them, and that it undeniably does.

Is it possible that a How to Train Your Dragon 4 will emerge someday? Sure, but if this truly is the leaping-off point for the series, it's such a wonderfully sweet and affecting way to let things be.

To that end you might want to bring tissues to the cinema, because while it thankfully doesn't reach Toy Story 3 levels of emotional annihilation, this film will leave a fat lump in your throat in the very least.
