Hunger Games: Mockingjay Trailer - Sinister President Snow Threatens Rebels

Filming wrapped last week on both parts 1 and 2.

It's only a few months now until the November release of the first part of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, and a brand new trailer has been released showing President Snow's pleas for unity. Snow (Donald Sutherland) declares that the districts are "the body" and the Capitol is Panem's "beating heart". He also states that those who try to rebel against the Capitol will "starve" and "bleed", giving us terrifying hints about just how gruesome the closing parts of the franchise could be. Mockingjay- Part 1 will see Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence), looking to shatter the games forever as the rebellion we first caught a glimpse of in Catching Fire gathers pace. Alongside President Coin (Julianne Moore) Katniss will fight to save the nation from tyranny and rescue Peeta Mellark Filming wrapped last week on the movie (and Part 2, filmed simultaneously), with all the stars declaring their sadness to be leaving The Hunger Games behind. Sam Claflin, who plays Finnick Odair, was particularly sad writing that he was, "very lucky to have shared this opportunity with so many passionate and talented people." As the cameras have now finished rolling though, we're now going to see the characters in more perilous positions if President Snow's words are anything to go by. The two previous installment have shown just how ruthless the leadership of The Capiol is in putting down any thoughts of rebellion, with Katniss's triumph in the original games proving a catalyst for an even more brutal trial last time out.
