For all that's known about the plot of the next Independence Day film, very little is known about who the story will focus on. It's likely to be an ensemble piece again, and there's rumours that Bill Pullman and Jeff Goldblum may return, but do you focus on them? It seems as if that's been done. One rumour has been that, with the exit of Will Smith from the sequel, the action will focus on his son.
