The Inhumans are a pretty serious, humourless bunch. That's sort of what happens when you're isolated from the rest of culture by an advanced alien race and have to spend your time in-fighting with lethal superpowers and the like, not much time to workshop jokes. Which is a little at odds with the fact that amongst their number is Lockjaw, a giant alien bulldog with a glowing tuning fork on his head who teleports the group about, can see the future, is super-strong, and has a long slobbering tongue. What will be crucial here is the casting. One of those skateboarding bulldogs you see on YouTube? That stoned pooch from Little Nicky? The one who plays American football with George Clooney and Jim from The Office in Leatherheads? Hopefully they won't go down the easy route of making a CGI Lockjaw (probably played by Andy Serkis), when there's plenty of perfectly fine canine actors doing the rounds in Hollywood right now. Anyway, yes, if you weren't sold on Inhumans by the slightly bananas premise alone, then know there will be a giant, drooling dog in the main cast.
