Given that Ultron is set to be the villain in Avengers: Age of Ultron, it seems likely that Jocasta will make an appearance (heck, the aforementioned character played by Claudia Kim could actually turn out to be Jocasta, for all we know). Jocasta, in the comics, is built by Ultron to become his mate. She eventually sees the error of his ways and assists the Avengers in defeating him and is taken by Hank Pym for study purposes and to become an ally to him and the Avengers. As Hank Pym isn't going to be in Age of Ultron, that role could be taken by Tony Stark, who could use Jocasta for study purposes and to work for him - kind of like how JARVIS does, but actually having her own physical body. Having said that, she was also taken by the Collector in the comics, so she could end up in his possession in the Marvel Cinematic Universe too.
