3. Ghost

Ghost is easily one of Tony Stark's more troubling villains. He never leaves his custom-designed suit. Ghost wears a battlesuit of his own design. It enables him to turn himself and any objects he touches invisible or intangible, but not both at the same time. Unknown devices in the battle-suit enable him to hack and reprogram all manner of electronic systems in his vicinity as well as intercept, tamper with or silence electromagnetic signals. This tech along with his superb intellect make him a superhacker and an almost unstoppable threat to Iron man .

Not much is known about his past but he has been said to be a disgruntled former executive, or an engineer gone insane. As many companies found out, he is a very dangerous individual who will sabotage companies and steal secrets because he enjoys it. The money he makes goes into supplies.
