Iron Man 4 Wishlist: 10 Things Fans Demand

With potential buddy team-ups rumoured to be on Marvel's planning schedule, it would be a great move to see Tony Stark and Bruce Banner thrown together again for an Iron Man/Hulk movie (potentially off-planet, but not necessarily). They've already proved they have bags of chemistry, and that shouldn't be cast off so easily.

Having Banner appear as a side character in Iron Man 4 would feed that fan wish, even if it didn't lead to him Hulking out necessarily.

Will It Happen?

it's probably a little unlikely with Hulk already teaming up with Thor, but it does depend on how well that works out, and how keen Marvel really are to make a Hulk stand-alone. Judging by the fact that they've effectively taken away his easiest opportunity by amalgamating Ragnarok and Planet Hulk, some may say not very likely at all.

And it wouldn't be the worst thing for Marvel to continue to avoid the potential rights pitfall of a stand-alone by combining Banner with the other character he has shown great chemistry with. And this could still lead into a betrayal by Stark (and perhaps the Illuminati) and Hulk's banishment to set up a purer Planet Hulk/World War Hulk movie (ideally the later).

Either way, fans will inevitably yearn for more of the Science Bros.
