Jurassic Park 4: 10 Ways To Make It A Success

1. Steven Spielberg

Steven Spielberg has to be on board in a directorial capacity, he just has to be. The only one of the three previous Jurassic Park movies that didn't have Spielberg on board as director - Jurassic Park III - was terrible. He knows how Jurassic Park is meant to feel and look. As director of the original film, he created a masterpiece. As director of the sequel, it certainly wasn't as good but he certainly made it feel like a part of the same franchise. With Joe Johnston at the helm of number 3, we were presented with a train-wreck that so obviously lacked the light touch of Mr. Spielberg and felt like an alternate universe spin-off of the previous films - the atmosphere was all wrong, as were the dinosaurs. Spielberg has apparently stated that he will only be involved as an executive producer, but this will not do! There is still plenty of time, as production hasn't commenced, for Spielberg to take full control of Jurassic Park IV and we pray that he does exactly that. Steven, Mr Spielberg, Sir... please direct Jurassic Park IV. So what do you think a fourth instalment in the Jurassic Park saga should include? Please feel free to have your say below.
