It's fairly common knowledge that Dr. Henry Wu is reappearing and that John Hammond has a commemorative statue in Jurassic World and will no doubt be referred to in the movie quite a lot, but what of the likes of Alan Grant, Ian Malcolm, Ellie Sattler, Tim and Lex Murphy, Dennis Nedry, Robert Muldoon, Donald Gennaro, Nick Van Owen, Sarah Harding, Eddie Carr, Roland Tembo, and the Kirby family? Will any of their exploits be mentioned or referred to? Might there even be a surprise cameo from one or two of the classic characters? It wouldn't have to be on Isla Nublar, but some footage of Grant, Malcolm or Sattler discussing the fact that the park is open would be very cool, for example. It seems unlikely that something like that could be kept completely under wraps, but fans would love it to happen all the same.
