Jurassic World: 11 Easter Eggs And Hints On The Website

7. The Tongue-In-Cheek Jokes

As something of a smart touch, there are call backs to specific events from the first Jurassic Park movie in the literature around the site, but just in casual, knowing ways. "Do Not Feed The Dinos Human Food", "Ouch! 10,000 Volts Really Hurts!" and "Don't Let The Rain Scare You Off" are all call backs to major events in Jurassic Park (Tim's electrocution, the people who are eaten and the first T-Rex attack, of course). And there's a playful nod to Dr Ian Malcolm in the literature attached to the park's key Creation Lab, which begins "life finds a way with Mr DNA as your guide." So that's also a confirmation that MR DNA - the animated sprite from the first movie - will re-appear in some form, though not voiced by veteran vocal artist Greg Burson, who died in 2008. There's also a "herbivores eat shoots and leaves" joke for the Dads, and some other touches throughout the site, including a suggestion that a T-Rex attempted to mate with the IMAX screen.
