Jurassic World: 9 Crazy Fan Theories (That Just Might Happen)

9. Jurassic World Is Part Of A Sinister Government Conspiracy

Particularly since the launch of the trailer, many fans are starting to believe that Jurassic World's sole purpose isn't just as an entertainment park. Instead, InGen (the company that owns the park) are actually working with the government to create biological superweapons. Where Jurassic Park had the kindly John Hammond as the face of the business, things are looking a lot more corporate this time around. It's been implied that the creation of the new hybrid dinosaur is in order to increase ticket sales, but some believe that the creature is actually part of a sinister plot to weaponise the dinosaur cloning technology. Furthermore, there's evidence that the raptors are being trained for uses beyond just a tourist attraction. Chris Pratt's character is a velociraptor handler, and the trailer demonstrates him riding among the running pack (though admittedly this could just be to show they're running from something even more deadly). The leaked park brochures don't list the raptors among the attractions, so what are they being trained for?
