Jurrassic World New Trailer Breakdown: 25 Things You Need To See
17. Genetically Engineered Dinosaurs
So, in the previous Jurassic Park sequels they switched things up by either changing the location of the dinosaur-wrecked landscape, or by introducing new prehistoric menaces to trouble the cast. In Jurassic World we're back on familiar ground with Isla Nublar, and they've sort of run out of cool new dinosaurs to feature which means they've had to genetically engineer new ones. Grady doesn't seem convinced it's a great idea but, honestly, it's not all that different from what they did in the original movie lacking the full proper DNA for the dinosaurs they were cloning, they subbed in some genetic material from frogs, which allowed the beasties to swap their genders and have babies. This is a mite more extreme.
