19. That Poor Goat
The Jurassic World trailer is crammed full of references to the original film, and often not in the most subtle manner. So the appearance of a goat for a fleeting moment actually gets a real laugh of recognition for fans of the franchise, a brief and neat visual call back to the ill-fated animal that was used as a snack for a Tyrannosaurus Rex, who rather rudely tossed the remains at a passing car. Presumably the dinosaur that chows down on the goat this time has better table manners, although it's interesting that the trailer chooses to obscure the monster in this instance could it be another new creation? Or are they just making sure the trailer's suitable for all audiences by hiding the gore?
