Just How Accurate Will Krang Look In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2?

Check out a glimpse of his action figure to see for yourself.

Whatever your thoughts and feelings on the Michael Bay-led Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are, you can at the very least be comforted by the knowledge that Krang - due to make an appearance in the upcoming sequel - looks pretty damn faithful to his original incarnation. Take a look at pics of his action figure below, and you'll see that Krang - or "Kraang" as they're spelling it now - looks fairly similar to the version we all remember from the cartoons.
There are one or two aesthetic tweaks - the little warlord/brain has slightly longer tentacles, and an elongated brain stem. Although we're just looking at a figure which looks to have all the quality of a Happy Meal toy (do you remember when action figures actually had some effort put into them?), you can see the vibe they're going for. Kraang definitely looks like a more threatening... brain... with the tweaks made to his "body". Somehow, he looks more alien. It remains to be seen how much the character will feature in the film itself - it could just be a token third act appearance, after all. What do you think of the look of Kraang? Sound off in the comments below!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is released on 3 June.
