Justice League: 10 New Scenes Zack Snyder's Upcoming Reshoots Could Add
2. Superman Returns
Chances are the means of Superman's resurrection will be vastly different in "The Snyder Cut," but that footage has no doubt already been shot by Zack Snyder, so it's unlikely to be part of these reshoots. Regardless of whether the filmmaker's movie was going to end with an evil Superman or him returning to Lois, this additional photography stands a chance of doing something a little different with the hero.
If Snyder is indeed planning to use this week with the cast to change the movie's ending, then how great would it be to have him marry Lois Lane, with the rest of the League in attendance?
As happy endings go, this would be a nice epilogue, and arguably a better option than Clark Kent magically returning to his old life in Metropolis and taking flight as he did in Joss Whedon's cut. With Snyder making the decision to put Superman in a black costume, this would also be the perfect opportunity for him to be shown back in his classic red and blue...possibly even a new design!
If Henry Cavill is indeed returning to the DC Extended Universe as Superman, then Warner Bros. would be wise to use these reshoots to set the stage for that.
