Why We Won't See Him... Amos Fortune discovered the existence of luck glands, and began manipulating said glands to increase the luck of him and his compatriots. The Royal Flush gang was born. They began as a modest criminal operation before sprawling into a nation-wide crime syndicate, using luck to tilt any situation into their favor except whenever they fought the Justice League. Seriously, what is up with Gotham City villains and their penchant for vomit-inducing gimmickry? Supervillains that sweat luck?
