Justice League: 25 WTF Moments

1. Lex Is Back

There were only very few things worse about Batman v Superman than Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor, and few tears would have been shed when it was rumoured that Joss Whedon had cut him from the film entirely. But then the post-credits stinger revealed that Lex is back and he's got big plans.

He and Deathstroke are set to team up to establish their own "league" - implied to be the Injustice League by the way Lex speaks - which might be the most confident set up for a sequel ever. Or the most foolish. Not only is the film it directly builds upon not very good, but it's relying on anyone actually wanting to see more of Lex Luthor, which might well be too much of a deal-breaker.

And even beyond that, the manner of his escape from prison is just stupid. Showing an empty cell might have been fine, but the suggestion that he managed to get another bald man into the prison in his place is just dumb.
