Confirmed By: That same concept art that confirmed Euboea suggested that Menalippe is back and that she's wearing uniquely purple attire.

Plot Prediction:

Again, her part is probably limited entirely to the Themyscira battle flashback, so don't expect a great deal of her. And there's clearly no way she can die either.

Hopefully, we'll actually get to see some of the Amazonian forces being killed, otherwise Steppenwolf and Darkseid's army is going to be blunted well before they even get back to Earth. And when they get there, Menalippe is presumably going to reappear like her Amazonian sisters.
