Plot Prediction:

With the Flash movie still some way away (and still without a director), we won't be seeing a stand-alone origin film for Barry Allen any time soon. So in place of that, we'll get to see Billy Crudup's Henry Allen introduced in Justice League, and he's already a jail-bird, having apparently murdered Barry's mother.

That story is likely to play out in the stand-alone movie rather than in Justice League, with Henry really just establishing his son's tragic backstory on the way to him being called up by Bruce Wayne. But there'll definitely already be a hint that he didn't kill his wife just to season the pot a little.
