20. Lex Luthor

Confirmed By: As early as December, the press kit for Justice League officially confirmed that Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor will reprise his role from Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Plot Prediction:

Since he's locked up, it seems most likely that Eisenberg's Luthor will be seen in Arkham Asylum, with Bruce Wayne (or Batman) heading to the maximum security institution to find out everything Luthor knows about the Mother Boxes and Darkseid. So, he's going to be the franchise's take on Hannibal Lecter.

And in a way, Luthor's knowledge of meta-humans will no doubt help bring the Justice League together, in a perverse contradiction of his desire to destroy them.

Unless of course Steppenwolf is going to bust him out to help find the other boxes? That'd make quite the set-piece.
