Well, Amber Heard sure makes for a fetching rendition of Aquaman's wife Mera, that's for certain, though she sadly doesn't get much to do in her minute-long cameo appearance.

She's present when Steppenwolf invades Atlantis to steal the Mother Box the Atlanteans have been guarding, yet during her brief subsequent chit-chat with Aquaman, it's hard to pay attention to what she's saying due to the strange accent Heard decided to adopt.

At least we know that the actress totally looks the part and the character's going to be significantly expanded in next year's Aquaman solo movie, so this was merely intended as the most basic of introductions, and to that end it basically works.
