7. Is Cyborg The Key?

This may well be the key shot from Cyborg's part in the climactic battle with Steppenwolf. We've repeatedly been primed to not cast him off as a mere supporting character, and the fact that he was created by a Mother Box (or at least empowered by one) suggests he will be the key to defeating the League's enemy in the end.

And it would appear that this shot actually shows him doing so - this looks like he's using his powers to overload something on Steppenwolf's ship. Quite what remains to be seen, but that's definitely how this appears.

Could it be at the site of this giant power dome (which looks suspiciously like the similar one in Batman v Superman)?

In the Instagram trailer, we seem to get a shot of Steppenwolf's ship attacking - possibly in the past - as an Amazonian warrior fires powered-up arrows at it. Look at this glowing arms... They're intriguing to say the least.
