4. Faith
Gotta have Faith? Nope. Faith is a sometimes JLA member sometimes referred to as the "Fat Lady," as in "not over until" she sings. How cute. She's got some murky psychic powers that waffle between support and overpowered alien-fleet-destroying. Oh, and she has the benefit of making any team she's in work better together. Seems like a WoW buff, not a super power. It seems like she's brought in when the writer needs a plot resolved. For that reason alone, we can see her being used by the screenwriter for JLA. And for that reason alone, we veto that idea.
