8. The Flash - Grant Gustin

This is very possibly a significant "if," since the pilot for The CW's The Flash hasn't yet landed, but Gustin made his debut in sister show Green Arrow, which was planned to feature The Flash's origin story initially, and his performance as Barry Allen was well-received. The team behind Arrow (and now The Flash) believe that Gustin is the perfect actor for the role, and the pilot will presumably confirm or deny that evaluation, but the signs so far are positive, and provided the character makes it beyond his pilot, it would be a smart move to tie together the DC TV universe and the DCCU. And equally, having a relatively lesser known actor playing one of the roles would bring something else to the character dynamic, rather than having too many major egos competing for screen time.
