KICK-ASS cars!

As we heard on Monday, the opening of KICK-ASS will feature our superhero fall flat on his ass on the top of a taxi cab, with the camera then closing in on the number plate which will act as the title card for the movie. You can see a good close-up of that car below thanks to Janetliz... Pigpen333 also took some shots of the Red Mist's car which according to /Film"has a supercharged Saleen motor that puts out 630 horse power€. Red Mist is the movie's villain played by Christopher Mintz-Plasse... And just for the sake of clarification when I said this movie was being setup as next year's THE DARK KNIGHT, what I meant and should have more accurately stated was that the movie is a part of the new generation of superhero movies that look to reinvent the typical formulaic aspects of the genre. Ya know, as much as I loved IRON MAN... it was a superhero movie in the vein of the typical Marvel comic. KICK-ASS is not a typical comic, just as THE DARK KNIGHT was not a typical superhero film. This will be unlike anything we have seen before, trust me.
