Universal Orlando have just revealed their first house for the upcoming Halloween Horror Nights 26, and it's a good one...
Prepare to run, Leatherface is coming back to Universal to pray upon his next victim.
Based on the original 1974 classic horror The Texas Chain Saw Massacre - the maze will be set in the run down Texas farmhouse from the movie, where you will follow in the footsteps of the unlucky group of friends who stumble across the home of Leatherface and his rather twisted family.
Michael Aiello, Director of Creative Development for Entertainment at UOR describes how the slasher movie "features very little gore, instead focusing on the psychological nature of this warped family." Is this what he has in mind for the house?
As you venture through the house you will see what is left of the maniacal, chainsaw wielding killer's victims. The screams of those left alive and the rumble of a nearby chainsaw will ring in your ears as you try to find safe passage out.
It sounds like a house filled with tension, where you know that he is coming for you and he could be around the next corner. Eventually he will catch you, it's only a matter of time. The question is, will you escape his chainsaw?
The last time Texas Chainsaw Massacre appeared at Halloween Horror Nights was 2007 for HHN 17 Carnival of Carnage. This year it looks set to be more terrifying than ever.

Halloween Horror Nights 26 will be available to enjoy on select nights from 16th September to 31st October.
