Our first look in this trailer at Charles Xavier - this being the future, he's back to being Patrick Stewart - and he's looking a little better than the man who we saw in the first trailer, who was under the heavy care of Logan.

However, he is still looking frail, and there are theories about him suffering from dementia or a similar disease (at least in its early stages), and that would fit with what we see of Xavier here, although he does still get somewhat involved in the action later on. It'd be interesting to see what illness could do to someone like Xavier, who is hugely powerful, and most of that power is channeled through his mind.
