The action changes location, and we get a stark warning to Logan from Professor X. Normally it's wise to listen to Xavier, but Logan is having none of it - and intriguingly even takes a pretty angry tone with the professor.

This looks like it takes place just before the confrontation with the Reavers, and suggests a Logan who is angry and frustrated, both with his enemies, but perhaps a little bit with looking after Xavier as well.
